Typically all it takes is a spark—one grand storm to announce that winter has arrived. It’s no secret that the start of winter in British Columbia has been sluggish. However 2019 is behind us and 2020 began off with a bang: an entire lot of snow to maintain us skiers stoked and at last fulfill our lengthy longing for deep powder turns.
Following the snow forecast I used to be primed to hit Revelstoke in the guts of the storm alongside Austin Ross, Chris Rubens, and Connery Lundin. With 30 inches of recent and light-weight powder over three days we made some of the most effective and deepest turns in latest reminiscence, continually yelling with pleasure and chanting, “It doesn’t get much better than this!”
My digicam didn’t cease clicking. It appeared like every flip I captured grew to become deeper and deeper.
